Rates
The low season rates during April 16th through till December 15th are USD $1,174. High Season rates during December 16th through till April 15th are USD $1,474 per floor per week. Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 9 am. Cleaning costs are included in the rental rate.
Payment and Cancellation Policies
In order to secure your reservation you are required to pay a 25% non-refundable deposit of the 'rental period total' invoiced, within 10 working days of placing the reservation. Final payment of the 'total' invoice (remaining 75% rental and 100% tourist tax) is due 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival. You will not receive a further reminder of payment. The invoice received at reservation time will show all transactions and the due dates. If we receive a written cancellation notice (e-mail) of your reservation up to 5 weeks(35 days) prior to the scheduled arrival date, you will receive 50% of the 'rental period total' and 100% of the 'tourist tax total'. If the Villa is re-rented for the exact period of time, 75% of the 'rental period total' and 100% of the 'Tourist tax total' will be refunded. No refunds for 'No shows' or unused nights due to late arrival or premature departure. Payments may be made through our secured PayPal link on the Payments page. We accept PayPal, Mastercard and Visa.
